  • Description
    • This two-day training is the third installment of the three-part CADCA South Carolina Mini-Academy. Coalition sustainability will be the focus, and the coalition budget process will also be covered. Coalitions will complete a capstone project to graduate from the Mini-Academy. Objectives include: 1) describe what sustainability planning aims to accomplish; 2) use the six CADCA planning steps to plan for sustainability; 3) review the budget process; and 4) “check in” and network with other coalitions in South Carolina.
