Who Should Attend
Individuals seeking to gain more advanced coalition-building skills
REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO 20 PARTICIPANTS.
Description
This 2.5- day experience is designed to help prevention leaders strengthen the communities and coalitions they support.
Objectives
Participants will learn how to:
- Convene and facilitate meetings that are inclusive and purposeful
- Use collaborative tools such as history journeys and stakeholder mapping
- Build buy-in and shared ownership among coalition members
- Shift from "we are doing everything" to "we are guiding the community to own this work together"

Credit
