Job Responsibilities:
Under supervision of the agency's Board of Directors:
Advocates for Keystone in the community, with all groups, organizations, agencies, or interested parties.
Responds promptly to all inquiries from local, state, or federal authorities regarding Keystone matters.
Directs preparation and submission of all reports, programmatic and administrative, to the Board of Directors and organizations to which Keystone is accountable. Submits all reports in a timely manner.
Directs acquisition of funding adequate to carry out the mandated responsibilities of Keystone.
Directs long- and short-range planning functions to keep abreast of current and projected agency needs in all services.
Ensures that all Keystone services and service providers are licensed and/or certified and meet all credentialing and contract standards.
Ensures Keystone's compliance with CARF, DHEC, DAODAS, and all federal, state, and county regulatory authorities.
Remains current by attending safety trainings, mandatory trainings/licensure, and receiving an annual tuberculosis screening.
Performs other duties as assigned by Board of Directors.
Work schedule is established by the Board of Directors and is contingent upon fulfillment of obligations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and master's degree from a regionally accredited program in Public Administration or Healthcare Management preferred OR equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of five years' management experience with documented responsibility for leading teams, managing budgets, and building programs and personnel.
Working knowledge of human service delivery systems and substance use issues and dynamics.
