Job Description:
Responsible for leading Center programs in Greenville and for leading FAVOR Upstate's program staff in that Center. Establishes, builds, and maintains coaching relationships with FAVOR participants; facilitates support groups; and coordinates Center programs.

Job Responsibilities:
• Leads the Greenville Center in the delivery of its recovery support services and the achieving of mission-specific goals as identified by FAVOR Upstate leadership.
• Provides direct supervision, oversight, and support to the program team in their delivery of departmental services.
• Provides support and mentorship for staff development. Meets individually and "flexibly" with staff as needed. Provides the necessary level of staff support to ensure quality work.
• Maintains personal job responsibilities in addition to leadership responsibilities (maintains a caseload of recovery coaching cases, leads AiR events, facilitates groups, mentors volunteers, etc.).
• Assumes responsibility for leading the day-to-day Center program services.
• Assumes responsibility for leading the administration of the Individual Recovery Programs, including but not limited to support groups and coaching services.
• Assumes responsibility for leading intake, triage, and recovery coaching support services.
• Assumes responsibility for leading Recovery Link practices and all program recordkeeping needs.
• Assumes responsibility for leading the planning and facilitation of AiR events.
• Assumes responsibility for leading volunteer coaching program.
• Performs all other duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications:
• Lived experience in recovery.
• Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS or CPRS).
• Professional experience delivering Peer Recovery Support Services.
• Experience managing other humans in a work setting.
• Willing to work primarily away from home (not a work-from-home position).
• Agreement with and commitment to FAVOR Upstate's mission and values.
• Compassion for those who struggle with addiction.
• Self-motivated and accountable.
• Reliable, dependable, and organized, with an ability to follow through on tasks.
• Collaborative and relationship oriented. Has the ability to get along with many types of people. A true "people person."
• A model leader with good communication skills.
• Adaptable and possessing the ability to resolve conflict.
