Invitation for Public Comment on the South Carolina SUBG Application for Fiscal Year 2026/2027
The BHDD Office of Substance Use Services (OSUS) invites any and all interested persons and agencies to provide comments on the current draft of the Substance Use Prevention, Treatment, and Recovery Services Block Grant (SUBG) – South Carolina Application for Fiscal Year 2026/2027 to Jimmy Mount, Public Information Officer, by fax (803-896-5557) or e-mail (jmount@daodas.sc.gov).
Please include a telephone number where you can be reached between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. in your e-mail, so that OSUS staff may contact you if there are questions about your comments. The Application is submitted for public comment as it is developed, as well as after it is finalized and submitted to federal authorities, so please check back periodically for updates.
The plan remains on the OSUS website throughout the year, and comments are accepted year-round.
